As our new DPO you will:

  • Provide support to Business units and Legal in matters related to data protection.
  • Monitor compliance with the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws, and with internal data protection polices
  • Review of the ROPA
  • Responsibility for Group Internal Governance
  • Raising awareness of GDPR and data protection by means of employee trainings, send outs, regulatory watch etc.
  • Quarterly reporting to Head of Group Compliance.
  • Advise on, and monitor, data protection impact assessments.
  • Cooperate with the relevant supervisory authorities and be a first point of contact for data protection related matters.

Who are you?
As a person you are flexible, great at communicating and have a holistic and practical mindset. Furthermore, you enjoy interacting and guiding colleagues and key stakeholders. You also enjoy working independently, with the support of the Legal and HR functions, in a fast-paced environment and international context.

Minimum qualifications

  • Fluent in Swedish & English, spoken and written.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience preferably in a regulated and international context
  • Understanding and knowledge of data protection and GDPR
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Compliance Manager & MIP (Microsoft Information Protection) is desirable but not essential
