Compliance Officer to MFEX

As our new Compliance Officer:
You will be based in our HQ in Stockholm, working together with and reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer. You will also:

  • Perform risk assessments to identify compliance risk, monitor and control the risks.
  • Develop and work according to an annual action plan.
  • Perform monitoring by e.g. carrying out spot checks.
  • Perform compliance trainings and provide material for trainings.
  • Support and advice business lines and teams on compliance related matters.
  • Monitor regulatory development and inform relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide quarterly compliance reports.
  • Support communication and administrative matters in relation to supervisory authorities.

As a person you are flexible, great at communicating and have a holistic and practical mindset. Furthermore, you enjoy interacting and guiding colleagues and key stakeholders. You also enjoy working independently, with the support of the Legal and HR functions, in a fast-paced environment and international context.

Minimum qualifications

  • Fluent in Swedish & English, spoken and written.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience from law firm, financial company or audit firm and preferably in a regulated and international context.
  • Understanding and knowledge on applicable regulatory requirements such as IFD/MIFID, Anti-Money Laundering, and Internal Governance.
