We are now looking for a Group Tax Manager who wants to play a central role in our continued growth journey.
What We Offer
At Arrive, you will be part of a dynamic, international, and innovative environment where collaboration and development are at the core of everything we do. You’ll have the opportunity to work with complex and advanced tax matters in a truly global context, while also strengthening your expertise by driving strategic projects and influencing key group-level decisions.
Our corporate culture is built on three core values: curious, focused, and together. We value openness, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to employee well-being. As part of Arrive, you’ll be working in a company with high ambitions and a clear drive to lead the future of mobility.
This is a unique opportunity for you to combine complex tax matters with a central role in a fast-growing and innovative company. With us, you’ll have the chance to make an impact, grow professionally, and shape the future of mobility. We offer a workplace where development and well-being go hand in hand – and where your expertise truly makes a difference.
About the Role
As Group Tax Manager, you will have overall responsibility for corporate tax, both in Sweden and internationally. The role combines strategic and operational aspects and involves close collaboration with the business, internal functions, and external advisors. You’ll drive the group’s corporate tax strategy, ensure compliance, and help optimize our global tax position.
You will also support major business initiatives and strategic projects. You’ll play a key role in M&A processes – from due diligence to integration of new companies – while actively contributing to simplifying the group structure and developing efficient tax processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the group’s corporate taxes, both nationally and internationally.
- Provide expertise on acquisitions, restructurings, and other major projects.
- Ensure tax efficiency and compliance while optimizing the group’s tax position.
- Drive strategic initiatives such as corporate simplification and improve the group structure.
- Lead tax return processes and tax audits, and coordinate external tax advisors.
- Support the team on transfer pricing, country-by-country reporting, Pillar II, and VAT matters.
You’ll work closely with your colleagues in the tax team and collaborate with Treasury, Finance Controls, product teams, and external tax advisors.
Who You Are
You are a qualified lawyer with at least five years of relevant experience and strong expertise in international corporate tax. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and are motivated by working cross-functionally in a global context.
It’s an advantage if you have experience from both a Big Four firm and a corporate environment, as well as working with M&A, company integrations, and corporate restructurings.
You are confident managing complex projects independently while also being able to communicate advanced tax matters clearly and effectively to non-experts. Your mindset is solution-oriented, humble, and curious – traits that make you a perfect fit for Arrive’s culture.
